We have developed a huge resource of management theory and best practise, which forms the basis of all our programmes. But we also know that every organisation has different priorities, different challenges and different personalities. In order to maximise your learning, first we learn about you.

Our process

The Director of the North Leadership Centre Kevin James arranges a meeting with all new clients, and get a flavour of how the organisation works. We would then look at the solutions we might apply to the management issues. This might include:

  • leadership and management training
  • coaching
  • mentoring
  • team building

We would then arrange delivery of the information. In most cases we, would meet with the staff and get the view of their current management style, and any worries that they have.

We would arrange to deliver our agreed programme over a suitable time frame, and quote a price for the work. Because the programme is designed specifically for you, we can create a programme to suit your price range as well as your ambitions.

Team Leaders Programme.

The Team Leaders Programme is an open course, designed to give middle managers a full overview of basic management technique. Find out more about the programme here.

Despite the fact that this is a more general programme, with representatives from different organisations, we will still meet with participants beforehand, find out about their management challenges, and tailor it to your needs.
